pounds lost. i don’t think that’s exactly facebook status material, but i wanted to tell someone, so it might as well be you guys. ;)
i see my specialist on tuesday, then i’ll make a dietician appt. a few weeks overdue on that. (had to cancel because of the 18 inches of snow we got) sooooo yeah. yay!

67 lbs to go to my goal weight (and i use that term loosely since i really dgaf what the scale says - it's in the range i was before and i was healthy, looked good and FELT good - my main concern) and i ate fuckin pizza tonight. these things happen.
back to the grind tomorrow. i'll be so disappointed if i put any weight back on.

my number one favorite band of all time. i am so thankful my cousin introduced me to their music almost ten years ago. i can’t imagine not having these sonic masterpieces in my life.
